Firm History

Kuzas Neu, a boutique technology law firm, was created by the merger of J. C. Neu and Associates and Kuzas Neu in 2011, each firm headed by it’s respective founder Jeffrey Neu and Kevin Kuzas.

In 2007, after having run a software development company for several years, and having worked for the United Nations High Commission for Refugees and W. J. Cahill and Associates, Jeffrey Neu founded J. C. Neu and Associates, a specialized boutique law firm representing technology companies in a variety of matters.

In 2008, Kevin Kuzas, formerly VP and General Counsel of Comcast Interactive Media, formed Kuzas Law Group.

In 2011, J. C. Neu and Associates, and Kuzas Law Group merged to form Kuzas Neu, a boutique law firm representing technology companies.
